I increased the runtime for sr2sieve workunits. They should now run twice as long as before.

I changed the workunit generation for sr2sieve workunits, workunits which are named sr2_*.
The sieve range is now smaller and workunits are running faster. With this they are fitting also
better die old CPUs and ARM processors.
